Soha Amer

Soha Amer is Head of the Francophone Digital Campus of Alexandria at the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) and Director of the Distance Education Department at Senghor University in Alexandria.

She holds a PhD in Business Administration on the Egyptian entrepreneurship ecosystem (October 2023) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and a PhD in Business Administration on consumer behavior (December 2015) from Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh Business School, Scotland, where she also studied research methodology (December 2012).

She is a lecturer in entrepreneurship at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Alexandria, Egypt, and an incubator advisor and mentor for French universities and incubators in Alexandria and in France. She mentors and coaches young entrepreneurs across the Mediterranean region in partnership with French incubators.
