How are classes delivered?
Classes are held live and online on the Collisium platform. You interact in real time with your professors and fellow learners, wherever you are.
How do I choose the right program for me?
Book a call with an academic advisor: they will review your profile and guide you toward the most suitable program, by video call and with no commitment. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
How do I apply?
From the page of the program you are interested in, click “Apply”, complete the form and upload the requested documents. Our team reviews your application and lets you know the decision by email.
Which documents do I need to provide?
The documents required depend on the program (CV, diplomas, proof of identity…). The exact list and the response time are given in the Admission section of each program page.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Once admitted, you pay for your enrollment online by international bank card, or by bank transfer, uploading the proof of transfer on the payment page. Every payment receives a reference and an email confirmation.
I am based in Tunisia: how do I pay?
Bank transfer is the payment method intended for learners in Tunisia. Make the transfer using the bank details shown on the payment page, then upload your proof of transfer: our team validates your payment and confirms your enrollment by email.
Can I pay in installments?
Depending on the program, you can pay in full or in installments. A reminder is emailed to you before each due date, and you can pay each installment online from “Sign in”, under “Pay an installment”.
When will I receive my Collisium login details?
Your login details are emailed to you as soon as your enrollment is confirmed, together with the link to the platform (collisium.muniversity.io) and your intake information.
How do I access my courses?
Click “Sign in” at the top of any page, then “Go to my courses”: the Collisium platform opens in a new tab. Forgotten your login details? Contact us on WhatsApp.
How can a MUniversity certificate be verified?
Every certificate carries a unique ID and a QR code. Scan the QR code or enter the ID on the “Verify a certificate” page: the holder’s name, the program, the date and the certificate status are displayed. You can also add it to your LinkedIn profile.
