My Story

Jihane Sebai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of management and academia. She currently serves as an Associate Professor in Management Sciences at UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines for over 13 years. Her teaching expertise encompasses various subjects such as Marketing, Strategy, Quality, International Trade, and Project Management. She is also involved in research focusing on strategic management, innovation, pharmaceutical industry, and healthcare management.

From January 2013 to December 2015, Jihane Sebai held the position of Responsible for the Professional Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Solutions Sales. Additionally, she has been working as a Project Manager at IFG Executive Education since October 2017, where she drives and oversees projects in Paris, Île-de-France.

Jihane Sebai spent 7 years and 9 months at ISM-IAE, where she served as the Head of the Quality-Safety-Environment program for both Master’s levels (1 and 2) since March 2019. From September 2015 to September 2019, she was responsible for the Master 1 programs in Marketing Quality and Marketing Strategy.

She has been a member of AIMS (Association Internationale de Management Stratégique) for 15 years and 2 months, from April 2005 to May 2020.

Previously, Jihane Sebai worked as a Bid Manager Consultant for Devoteam Management Consulting, specializing in IT outsourcing and telecommunications. Her tenure at Devoteam lasted from March 2008 to July 2009.

In terms of education, Jihane Sebai holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences from UVSQ, which she pursued from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, she completed a Master’s degree in Technological and Organizational Developments in 2000. She also worked as a Contract Professor and Temporary Teaching and Research Attaché at UVSQ from 2003 to 2007.

Overall, Jihane Sebai’s diverse background in academia, management consulting, and project management reflects her broad expertise and dedication to the field of management sciences.
